The INTER-BUD Group is a Polish, privately held investment and construction group, active on the Kraków market since 1989. It brings together specialized companies: real estate development, general contracting, facade systems, swimming pools, a building supply store, accounting and financial services, transport and equipment, security, and property and homeowners association management.

Bunscha Residence – the best mixed-use development in Poland and top 3 in Europe.
In the European Property Awards 2026–2027, Bunscha Residence received a 5 Star () award in the Best Mixed Use Development Poland category – the best mixed-use development in Poland in this edition. The award also covers Stage I of the development, the premium Wings Plaza aparthotel, which additionally won the Award Winner title in a separate category, Apartment / Condominium Development Poland. Bunscha Residence has also been selected as one of only three projects from across Europe in the Mixed Use Development category (European Regional Nominee) and is competing for the European Regional Winner title. In the previous edition (2025–2026), the winners included Fabryczna City (5 Star , Best Mixed Use Development Poland) and Wiślane Tarasy 2.0 (Award Winner, Residential Development 20+ Units Poland).
