In the European Property Awards 2026–2027, one of the most prestigious real estate competitions in Europe, Bunscha Residence received a 5 Star award in the Best Mixed Use Development Poland category — the best mixed-use development in Poland in this edition. The mixed-use category recognizes projects that combine different functions — at Bunscha Residence, apartments, an aparthotel, a restaurant, a gourmet grocery store and services in one place.
The award also covers Stage I of the development, the premium Wings Plaza aparthotel, which additionally won the Award Winner title in a separate category, Apartment / Condominium Development Poland.
Bunscha Residence has also been selected as one of only three projects from across Europe in the Mixed Use Development category (European Regional Nominee). In the next round of judging, it competes for the European Regional Winner title – the highest recognition in the region.
